Overall it's pretty good, but I stayed for 5 nights and the towels were never replaced with new ones... but for the standard price with quality...

I had a truly memorable stay at Cara Cara Inn. The hotel's proximity to everything, excellent amenities, and aesthetically pleasing spots to relax in the evening or enjoy the sunset.

The room is very small. You can't bring too many things because the room is so small.

Overall satisfactory, close to Kuta, easy to eat, spacious rooms for triple type, aesthetic pool.

I recently stayed at this hotel for the second time, and unfortunately, my experience was just as disappointing as the first. While the room appeared tidy at a glance, the floor was noticeably dirty, and the bed left much to be desired — the sheets didn’t look clean and the pillow was flat and uncomfortable. The most frustrating part, however, was that the washing machine option, which was a major reason I chose this hotel again, was once again unusable. This is the second time I've encountered the same issue, despite the hotel continuing to advertise laundry facilities as a key amenity. It feels like blatant false advertising, and it’s incredibly frustrating to book a stay based on promised features that are never functional. At this point, the hotel’s lack of transparency and repeated failure to deliver what it promotes is unacceptable.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I have stayed at Cara Cara Inn, the price is good, the room is clean, the items are good, the mattress is clean, the bathroom is clean, it's just that the last time we stayed the bathroom smelled a bit, it seemed like there was a little damage, and the hot water didn't work properly. Hopefully in the future the quality can be maintained better. but overall it's OK ✌️🙏🌟🌟🌟 from H - Balikpapan

reasonable price, comfortable and safe environment, clean room (yesterday the bathroom was a bit smelly, but usually it doesn't), AC bed, hot water, everything is OK, will come here again 🙏😌

There is no signal when entering the room, the wifi is difficult to connect, looking for staff is also not helpful

Tried the camper room filled with bunk beds very satisfied. At first I thought it was cramped, but it turned out to be quite spacious for the price of 200 thousand. The room contents are the same as the others, there is a refrigerator, etc. The staff as usual are friendly and fast if there is a request.

Finally tried the suite room here, overall it's good. The room is spacious, clean plus there are additional small towels, the balcony is also spacious for hanging out. As usual, all the staff are friendly. My suggestion, please think about it because if it rains, the water splashes in the suite room even though the balcony door is closed. It's also better to use plastic bottles for drinking water, the glass ones are a bit difficult to open. And one more thing, the TV channels should be increased because most of them are Arabic channels.

The staff was friendly, and the room is still comfortable and clean.
