I arrived very early, but I knew we couldn't check in yet, so I planned to leave our luggage and go or wait in the hotel lobby. But the problem was, we came with our luggage and unloaded it ourselves from the car. Even though there was security, he was indifferent and unhelpful, and his face was unpleasant to look at (1). And secondly, the receptionist we met also had a very unpleasant response when I left my luggage. Because my suitcase was told to be left in front of the reception desk, I asked, "Is it safe to leave it here, sir?" and was answered, "If you don't trust me, just bring it back, ma'am!" That's what really annoyed me. In fact, in other hotels I've been to, if guests leave their luggage, it's always stored in a safe and numbered place, and the hotel keeps our belongings. That's all that disappointed me with Wisma Makara.

At 5pm, you can only check in but the room isn't ready yet. It's your turn to check out at 12pm, hedeeh😔

Everything is okay, unfortunately the AC is not cold enough.

nice.. big room.. the minus only internet very slow.. and i got room with noisy of ac machine. i stay in room 102 and the ac machine from other room also install on the wall behind my room. so if you got this room better ask to change the room.

The location is easy to reach, comfortable and away from the noisy atmosphere. The cleanliness of the room is maintained and the staff is friendly.

Overall it's good, the room is spacious and clean. The downside is the wifi is a bit slow.

Lights out. Generator error. Rooms are not soundproof. Suggestion: lack of variety.

2 days regarding, day 1 the pool was closed for cleaning, day 2 it was closed because it was booked for a wedding event and couldn't even be used at 6am

There is a swimming pool and breakfast. The room is spacious and the air conditioning is quite cold.

The staff is not friendly. Lack of lighting and the room conditions are gloomy. The ceramic floor is loose and when taking a shower the water in the bathroom does not immediately absorb.

Still interested in staying here when I travel to Depok again later.
