This is my second time staying here. Recommended

The hotel is comfortable, thank you for the kind staff. Only there is 1 towel, yesterday I didn't have time to ask for it. Very close to Unsoed, just cross the street. Recommended hotel.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 families for 2 nights, and were placed on the ground floor. When entering the hallway to the room, we were greeted with a smell like a septic tank. The room felt damp and there was no view outside. The sheets and pillowcases were no longer white, so it was a bit uneasy to sleep. There were quite a lot of choices for breakfast. The dining room is on the 2nd floor, but there is no elevator. The next afternoon, after returning from an event outside, we were surprised because the room had not been cleaned. Also, no mineral water was provided. The reason from room service was that the Front Office had confirmed that the room would be cleaned. Even though we did not receive any messages. In our other room, the officer stated that there was a red electronic sign for not to be disturbed. Even though we did not understand how to turn it on and off. We chose this hotel because it was close to the Unsoed Campus, so we previously hoped to get clean and good service and facilities. Hopefully it can be better in the future.

The room is dirty. The food is just so-so. But easy access though.

All good, only if the paint in the bedroom is renovated, I believe it's worth more. But definitely will come and stay again. Since this is the only hotel in Purwokerto that offers a Family Room for 3.

subscribe to stay here when going to Purwokerto, the hotel is homey and the service is good. the layout and setting of the room are Japanese style. breakfast choices are not many but the food is delicious, if you are lazy to go out at night, just order from the room, it is delicious and not expensive.

Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. Pros: clean room, good wifi, quiet hotel, smart tv, good hot water, strategic location. Cons: no water flow, no cupboard so it's hard to put clothes or store things, breakfast tasted bland and not very tasty so we had breakfast the next day somewhere else, and one more thing during my stay there for 2 days, the residents next to my room burned trash from morning until noon, it was really annoying, the room smelled bad until I coughed 2 times

Like this hotel because the rooms are not many like other hotels so I think it is comfortable. The parking lot is spacious, there is no elevator because it is only 2 floors but the stuff can be carried by the staff, the staff are ready to help and friendly. Thank you
