Perfect location with many food stalls around, easy to access MRT, especially near Masjid.

I have stayed here many times, it is close to the Jami Mosque MRT, close to the mosque, Dataran Merdeka, and it is clean too.

The location is close to the train station so it is quite easy when you want to travel, the hotel is clean with friendly staff.

This hotel is really not good, the lights went out in the middle of the night (electrical problem), but the solution was very slow, the room was dark and hot, when I asked when the lights would come back on, the staff only said 10 minutes but for almost 2 hours the lights still didn't come back on, even if they gave me a free one, I wouldn't want to stay at this hotel again

Centrally located, close to the LRT, near the Grand Mosque, close to restaurants, and close to shopping (Mydyn). There's one downside: Traveloka doesn't fully explain the window facilities in the rooms. The cheapest room was without a window, so we chose a room one level higher, hoping for a window. Upon check-in, our room turned out to be windowless. We complained to the receptionist. It turns out that for the window option, we had to choose a room that said "with a window." We didn't know we had to scroll down for that option. It's been two days since we complained, but no action has been taken... Oh yeah, the receptionist said this kind of thing happens often to guests who book through Traveloka.

The hotel has really good service, good location, the staff are so helpful and kind, the room is clean, and the entire hotel has a good smell.

The hotel staff is very very friendly, I really like it. My room was actually noisy, and they helped me to move to a comfortable room for me. Big m is quite good if you are a foreigner
