This room is really champion, clean, okay place. There is nothing less.

The accommodation is good. Clean. Calm. Everywhere. Anyway, I want to go back to Ocho again tomorrow. The price is cheap with lodging as good as ity plus a clean pool and friendly staff.

When we came to the hotel for checked in, no one stand by at the front desk. The one who came first is a foreign guest, who suddenly greet us, and he ask borrowed our phone cell to call someone. We thought he want to talk to the manager or someone in charge, but after a couple minute, we doubted it. Then the reception came, and when we asked about our room, the room is booked by someone else, and they offered us another type of room. Then we called the manager, but the manager said to us to use the room that they've offered or just make cancellation. Of course we chose to cancel it, and find another hotel.

we came around 12 hours after, we didn't know that this hotel had no 24-hour staff. so we waited a long time and had to look for a telephone number that could be contacted until 1 pm, then the owner came cm at that time it turned out that the room had not been cleared up and set up but they had other options which we finally transferred to another hotel with good facilities, thank you. our holiday is fun 🥰

I like the place, but I am not satisfied with the service, there are no guards when I want to check-in, the electricity still uses the tokan and suddenly turns off and there is no number that can be reached when the electricity suddenly goes out, as well as rooms that have not been prepared at the time I checked in.

I have already booked the hotel from 2 weeks earlier. When I arrived at the hotel, we were directed to much smaller room , and far from the main pool. After confronting the receptionist, we told that the room was already full. Which make it worse, the receptionist does not even say sorry or anything at all.

I really enjoyed the experience of staying here, the calm atmosphere and the villa with a very nice design. The rooms and toilets are very clean, the staff is also very helpful. The location is very close to Pandawa Beach and 2 other famous orphanages.

The place is comfortable. The location is very close to Pandawa Beach. The room is comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious. Even though they don't provide breakfast, guests can freely use the kitchen to just cook hot water for coffee / tea / pop noodles. The caretaker is super friendly and kind. This accommodation is great, the facilities are very complete at a very cheap price. However, there was only 1 staff and when I was there there was no one so I had to go and come back again. He said it was due to a pandemic and had to confirm the hour of arrival, while I was not informed by Traveloka about that. Even in the afternoon, I found the wrong room prepared.

Unexpectedly great stay with friendly staffs and helpful. I would definitely return back to stay.
