The staff was very friendly. I stayed at Japan suite and the room was comfortable. Breakfast needs improvement, there's not much variety on the food served so I ended up eating Indomie, fruit, and coffee. The kids' playground was dirty, but the strawberry farm is beautiful. I went to pick strawberries twice because the strawberries are very sweet! Too bad we can't swim because the water is very cold. Value for money is good, maybe I will go back again someday.

It's always fun to stay here, the kids love it, the playground is still complete now, plus there are fun educational games. The staff is friendly as usual, but for my experience staying here, the bathroom I stayed in was dirty, crusty and smelly, hopefully the cleanliness will be improved in the future.
