Hotel is located in the gas station near airport, but very far from Suratthani city. Good only for connecting flight or if you rent a car. The bed was a little uncomfortable, on the room 20th the hot shower wasn’t working since last time I stayed here few months ago, but luckily, this time I was there on the sunniest day so it was ok with that. There is no balcony in the room, so if you need to smoke cigarettes you only have go downstairs. There is a Thai restaurant and convenience store at the hotel which you can buy & eat anything you want except alcohol beverages. (Due to the Thai law, they couldn’t sell any of the alcohol beverages inside the gas station) but, still, can get it from the minibar inside the room or at the reception but the price is a little higher than outside. The service was bad as I can say, this is the second time happening to me here, the staff didn’t check and revise their bookings, they kept asking me when did I book the room, what types of room did I book, have I paid it or not, so I have to find and show them my own itinerary from my phone for check in, so they let me in, and in the other day, the staff called me again in the evening ask me about the payment, which I was little surprise about it.
