The room was small but neat and clean. However, I found the coffee cup hadn't been washed, with coffee stains still on it. Perhaps room service forgot to wash it.

There are taxes not listed on the app and must pay at the hotel, and may be more kindly to the guest.

It's quite clean for that price, and the housekeeping staff are very nice Indonesians...

Comfortable but I saw a cockroach in the bathroom. They provided 2 bottles of mineral water daily. Walking distance to KL Sentral. The staff is nice.

The receptionist was extremely unfriendly, immediately demanding a RM10 tourist tax. The room was small, stuffy, and moldy. The sheets and pillowcases were yellow and stained, requiring replacement.

The hotel's location is very strategic, very close to KL Sentral, so transportation access is easy. The standard room is very small, but quite clean. The lobby area is a bit uncomfortable because the AC is turned off, so it looks like a hotel with few visitors, but it's still busy with guests. There are also many food stalls around the hotel. This hotel is great as a transit hotel 🙂

The place is very strategic, you can walk to KL Sentral via NU Sentral. There are lots of restaurants near the hotel, some of them open 24 hours. I checked out early at 5 AM in the morning, the receptionist is there.

Although I've read many negative reviews on other platforms, considering the price, location, and amenities, I think it's not bad. Deposit: 50RM Tourist tax: 10RM/night Please note these two things. I knew about them beforehand, but I saw many comments complaining about the hotel for charging these fees, so I'm sharing them.

We booked a family room, 1 queen bed, 1 single bed. Clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Also close to supermarkets and food courts.

The service is good and the staff is friendly. It's easy to get around, cheap, and convenient because it's close to KL Sentral. However, there's a new regulation from the local government that requires all tourists to be charged a RM30 cash tax on top of the accommodation price.
