Does not match the facility description

The hotel aren't systematically registered in the application. There 's a problem I encountered in when I want to check in with the pay-in hotel option. The night staff doesn't have access to the application reservation, and told by his boss that he should not accept any reservation customer that haven't pay their reservation. After almost half an hour, It is decided that I check in to the room that are empty,"marked"as a incidental customer instead of application reservation but paying the amount in the application. Hope this problem able to solved ASAP.

Kamar bau apek, kusam, kotor, seperti gudang yang lama tidak terpakai. Sprei dan sarung bantal bau, seperti lama tidak diganti. Kamar mandi kumuh, air kran mengalir kecil sekali. Kloset tidak berfungsi. Suasana suram dan terkesam seram. Hi.

Horror, dark, bathroom water dead, lots of mosquitoes, lack of attention to cleanliness,

The picture does not match the photo in the room.

The place is quite spacious, the bathroom is clean, only there is no fan and many of the plugs don't work.

The room is not suitable for renting, dirty, lots of mosquitoes, the mattress has fleas, the bathroom is small, sharia accommodation is not trustworthy, don't book here, the noise of passing cars makes you unable to sleep.

Inappropriate and disappointing.

I know the price of the room is very low budget, but I didn't expect of what I would get. The room was full of bugs (ants to be exact), spreading around the door, the floor, the bathroom, even the toilet. The room was hot (the room was not air conditioned, but it is okay due to the budget). But I mean, it is okay to offer a budget room, but please make sure that the room is still in a proper condition. Thank you.

Saya dapat kamar cadangan yang bukan seperti kamar akan tetapi ruang tamu yang di paksakan menjadi kamar, dengan pembatas halaman hanya jendela kaca tanpa dinding dan hanya di tutupi korden, sangat tidak layak untuk istirahat pasangan suami istri.

Udaranya sejuk, luar biasa.
