When I stayed there, I was bitten by mites. The bathroom was really dirty. It looked like it had never been renovated.

The guards weren't very friendly. In the morning, the guards' children were very noisy, disrupting the peace and quiet while we were resting. They told us to check out, like they were chasing people away, even though we were paying customers.

with the cheap price, it is indeed reasonable. but some rooms are being renovated, we got a room with a dirty bathroom (you can still use chemicals to clean the ceramics and the toilet seat. the room is a bit musty. maybe like a monthly boarding house, it makes sense. but it is enough to just rest. can see a beautiful sunrise. hopefully the renovation of the other rooms will be finished soon...

The environment is too full of illegal parking, uncomfortable, the alleys are too crowded, parking is everywhere, it's hard to get through.

Economical room rates, strategic location, comfortable beds, cold AC and a quiet family friendly environment. And friendly staff service. Only the condition of the bathroom needs repair and cleanliness to be improved. The holed door should also be replaced with a new one. Overall I recommend staying at Adelia Residence. Regret staying here, there are a lot of fleas and bites, I was forced to sleep because it was really late, if I didn't have the intention, maybe I wouldn't have opened a guesthouse, it's really, really not recommended.
