This is my second time coming here with my wife and kids. It's fun riding motorcycles, with parking close to the lobby and rooms. The family is always happy. The staff, housekeeping staff, and security are very friendly, befitting a star-rated hotel. The breakfast is varied and relatively good. However, because I stayed on a weekday, I didn't find any waffles. God willing, I'll come back again, as my wife and kids can't get over Seruni Hotel and ask to come back again and again.

Never get bored staying here, I've been 3 times, starting from Pangrango, Gunung Gede to Gunung Salak. Every Sunday night there is an art performance🥰

The hotel staff was friendly, and the facilities were incredibly child-friendly. My son cried and refused to leave. It turns out that exploring Seruni isn't enough for two days and nights. There were also fun shows. Breakfast could have been improved, but the salad was delicious.

Thank God, we arrived safely. The hotel is nice and clean, the service is very satisfying, but unfortunately the Wi-Fi network is not good in the room, every room should have Wi-Fi, for breakfast, paying for children is too expensive, because children's portions are not much.

friendly staff and breakfast has many choices the taste is also appropriate the room wifi is difficult to access, we are on the 4th floor with a mountain view so the signal is lost in the room during my stay there I didn't use wifi.
