This is the second time, I think the hotel is good and all the facilities are good, the only minus is that next time they should provide an iron.

The hotel staff was very helpful, we were able to put our bags down before check-in time, so we could swim and take photos first.

It's quite comfortable even though there's no air conditioning, but it's still cool. The breakfast is adequate, but there aren't many choices.

It's so cool to be able to see the sunrise from the room... Oh my God... It's perfect for a family getaway, but yesterday I was just my husband and I. The room wasn't soundproof enough, and the food variety wasn't very extensive.

The hotel is old, it's scary here, there are lots of statues, but it's okay for this price, unfortunately the swimming pool is mixed with sand for children to play in, it makes the skin itchy and irritated if it's at Seruni Gunung Salak.

I've been to Seruni twice, and the entertainment is so much fun!! It's always a pleasure to vacation at Seruni!

Please improve the room amenities, such as smart TVs, and perhaps offer more variety in the food menu. I frequently visit Seruni, and the menu seems to be the same every time. Otherwise, the staff and cleanliness are fine. Thank you.

Most rooms here don't have air conditioning. If you need a stable temperature (it can get quite hot during the day), make sure your room has air conditioning. Outside noise is clearly audible, and your voice inside the room can also be heard. Suites don't have smart TVs; if you need to watch Netflix, YouTube, etc., bring a laptop and an HDMI cable. If you have respiratory issues, be sure to request a non-smoking room when booking or with the front desk.

Got a room at the corner overlooking the bamboo trees. Bringing small children would be scary. It should be considered. This is my third stay here, and I'm really disappointed. The food is also lacking in variety, with few choices.

The best time to stay here is during the rainy season, when it's cool. In the summer, it's not too cold, though it can be a bit stifling to sleep because the rooms aren't air-conditioned, but overall, it's nice, clean, and well-maintained.

Friendly staff, comfortable and clean environment, lots of things to do with the kids, lots of swimming pools, perfect for a staycation, my little family's favorite 🫶

The view at this hotel is very good, open the curtains to see the mountains and the swimming pool directly, from end to end the view is full of green, there are 9 swimming pools, a playground, and a mini zoo, unfortunately the food is bland but the hotel view and the cleanliness of the garden are very good.

The hotel is nice, comfortable, there is a children's play area, the hotel staff are friendly & helpful.

A highly recommended hotel... Friendly for children & the superior suite room is large, clean & comfortable.. The swimming pool is also clean.. Next time I will come here again and want to try another type of hotel & room🙂 Thanks Seruni Hotel, giving the impression of a happy holiday.
