Surprisingly, the location is right on the main road, still downhill, not too far from the toll gate. I used the Rinjani, which is new, nice, clean, and has its own swimming pool. I was satisfied.

Service, facilities in the room are lacking, towels, electrical outlets should be there, bathroom mats are still wet and not replaced.

The hotel location is easy to access, but there is no electric kettle, the floor mat is dirty and shabby, the sink in the back room is clogged, the bed cover has no fragrance, it even looks like it hasn't been changed, at first I complained because the back terrace was dirty and when I entered the room I just realized that the bed cover was years old, but it was far away so I had to go to the front office, because there was no telephone extension.

I've stayed here twice and I'm quite satisfied.

The rooms, floors, and bathrooms are clean, even though the items are old. There is a swimming pool, the kids love it, and all the staff are friendly.

friendly staff, usually stay at Rinjani 1, but because yesterday it was too late so only stayed 1 night at Merapi 7. for the front area directly to the swimming pool, but unfortunately the mattress (sheets, pillows) smelled and the room was a bit stuffy unlike Rinjani 1. yes maybe because it was cheap so it seemed less maintained. please try to check the window hinges. change the bed and the sheets are also clean without lots of stains so it is comfortable. yesterday was forced because it was too late. if you want to stay overnight I recommend Rinjani 1, 2 etc. because the villa is still new and clean.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff are polite. The only thing lacking is maintenance. The hotel is old and needs rejuvenation.

If you stay here, your car will be washed. The food is delicious.
