A bit far from the city, bathroom is not very clean. Room price is good.

The bathroom is very dirty, the point is this place is only suitable for just stretching your legs, not suitable for bringing the family.

Check in date 8/5/2025 It's better to find another accommodation for travelers, very disappointed, first time to Lampung and to Kalianda area, if not because of being cornered (urgent) it's better to find another accommodation, the story is I wanted to go to the beach, but the accommodation near the beach was gone, finally I only found this one, very disappointed, it's better to take it in the middle of the city, it's okay to go to the beach, it's 1.5 hours, the important thing is that the family stays safe and comfortable, paid parking even though they are hotel guests, unfriendly staff, unfriendly security, towels, toilets are not provided, there is no drinking water either, hot water for bathing doesn't work so the children are cold, not kids friendly, scary hotel area, room floor is not clean, balcony is very dirty, bathroom is rusty and looks dirty, small water, AC has no remote and the MCB often goes down by itself, the place is inhumane, no maintenance for a price like that in my city can still get a better and cleaner one,

The staff is nice and friendly even though many reviews say it's lacking. For the villa, it's okay, the natural atmosphere is okay, there's a lot of trash scattered around the environment, maybe the visitors also don't maintain cleanliness, and the cleaning service is lacking, because the environment is too large. The smell is a bit smelly in my opinion, it's normal, because it's near the sea, the water is brackish.. The villa's boards are starting to become fragile, please pay attention to the maintenance.. The last problem for me is the sheets and pillowcases are dirty and smelly, I don't know whether they are changed every time there are guests or not, and please clean the area under the bed again because there is a lot of trash.

The sofa had lots of stains, there were no toiletries, when I asked they only gave me a toothbrush, the receptionist said the soap was out, the bathroom was dirty and the bathroom door had a hole in it

The place is cool villa style, unique wooden house so it's a separate experience. Overall okay. Bathroom facilities are improved, blankets please be a bit thicker.

The room is not suitable, dirty, just came in 1 hour and left again. I really didn't expect to bring my child to stay in a place like this. In the end, I didn't stay. I ordered a spacious hotel room but in fact I was given a villa with 3 dark and dim rooms. 1 TV for 3 rooms. Oh no. I asked for a refund via Travelloka, they said it wasn't possible. It's up to you, the important thing is not to stay in a place like this.

The hotel is very very bad, dirty, the cupboards are all broken, the toilet water is dead, the toilet is sitting but you are told to flush it with a dipper, there is no bathroom mat, only one towel is given, there is no TV remote, there is no AC remote. When asked, all the rooms are like that.

Don't book this hotel through the app. Please come in person because the photos don't match. You were transferred to a villa-like room but it was very dusty and dirty. You can combine it with other people in one house. Please come in person and see first before booking. Worst experience. Dirty and very dusty. The staff is also very unfriendly.

The place is quite okay but it's a shame there are no blankets or towels. Maybe a few more bright lights would be more comfortable.

The room booked was completely different from what was received, the photos were fake, forced to check out at 10:00 p.m. because someone next to the room was snoring very loudly, when checking out, the staff/employee on duty did not ask the reason for checking out at that hour.
