the receptionist was not friendly and did not inform the room condition from the beginning that the swimming pool machine was not working, besides there was no compensation for this. the food was less varied. overall with the price of 2 rooms reaching 3.2 k with the facilities and services that I got, in my opinion it was not worth it and not recommended

I've stayed here twice and the problem is the TV broadcast is always interrupted.

The rooms are pretty good even though the interior seems a bit old, clean. I ordered a lagoon suite, I got a single bed and it wasn't too big. The room is also quite narrow. Because bringing 1 child you get an additional charge of 350 thousand (includes breakfast + 1 towel + 1 mineral water). So it feels like you paid 350 thousand for breakfast, with very few menu choices 😀 okay service, fast response. And the view is really beautiful👍🏻

Great, hopefully next time I'll have the good fortune to stay here again.

It was a nice place. Staffs were helpful. The room was spacious, as well the bathroom. The sea view was nice, not directly to the sea. The beach was public, not too clean, bit rocky, but the waves was good. Location is about 1-2 km from the stores and restaurants. We were among few guests that day. Room service was so so, pizza is bready, not really crusty.

. The room was great with a stunning ocean view (I took a Suite Lagoon) but unfortunately selection of the food (for breakfast) was dissapointed. The taste and quality not so good. So it was just OK trip as I didn't enjoy the food that they're serve.

The view is good. It's a shame because there were activities outside the hotel so I didn't have time to explore further including the beach. The check-in and check-out process is not as fast as other hotels, maybe because it's time to change shifts. If you need to check out early in the morning, it's safe for us to inform the receptionist the day before so that the check-out process is smoother, especially since the receptionist is not on standby 24 hours at the hotel (only 7am). Before leaving for Lombok I asked if an iron was available and he said there was but when I arrived at the hotel I got information that the iron was broken, I had to use an emergency method. The breakfast menu is standard, there are side dishes and so on, the restaurant where breakfast is downstairs, it's pretty good to be able to exercise before & after breakfast while enjoying the view of the garden and sea hehe. Because of the shape of the villas, those who bring their vehicles can park directly in front of the room, the car is also safe from heat and rain because it has a roof. The room & bathroom are spacious, the soap and shampoo smell good, the balcony faces the sea so while relaxing in the room you can enjoy the view and sea breeze. 😌.

The room is clean, the view from the room facing the beach is cool... The breakfast menu is pretty good. The most interesting is the garden and pool vibe ❤.

The location right on the beach makes holidays with family even more exciting, you can enjoy the sunset while eating and drinking.

The view is very good. I got a room with a direct view of the beach. The room is clean, if possible the receptionist must be on the spot so you don't call first and then show up (that's the only complaint) good service. The staff are very friendly. The outside is amazing. Thanks.
