The room was cramped so I chose the triple room, thinking it would be bigger but it turned out to be really cramped.

I found a mouse wandering on the hotel floor around the lift.

The hotel is strategically located and close to access to various choices of places. The room size is quite spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The cleanliness and amenities are according to needs.

Order a single bed, you get a single bed but only a bed frame, the concept is a twin bed combined into one. Dirty, room 532 is very noisy on top. Don't want to be given this room. Better yet, don't stay at this hotel. The sound of furniture being moved, dragged, and moved continuously. The sound of the water tower that really makes a noise and doesn't stop, oh my, pipes, whatever else. Continue, there is no silence and silence, so disturbing & annoying, this hotel is not a place to rest at all. The room is not soundproof at all. The TV is broken, a good gesture to replace it with another TV. There is no bottled water, but the gallon dispenser outside the room is empty. It feels like a boarding house for a million 2 million out of the room, a 4-star hotel said to get water outside where there is no hot water. The sink is clogged. The technician has fixed it, it's still clogged. The bedsheet linen makes you itchy, honestly, I was bitten by mites until I got red bumps. The bed linen is dirty & doesn't smell like samsek. Even the towels are already disheveled and dull. All the furniture is dirty and stained. Want to move rooms with all the shortcomings of the existing room, as usual the normative hotel template answer, the same type of room is full. If you want to upgrade to a higher type, which is you have to pay more. The price of a non-smoking room is more expensive. Rate idr639k. Is it worth it? Absolutely not. I do not accept the template answer from the management. It can be seen for yourself that there are already many reviews from other customers complaining & reviewing the same things. So, this hotel really has no intention of improving.

Staying in a room with a balcony, the size of the room at the fox is indeed spacious, comfortable. Have stayed here several times and always make you feel at home.

Lokasi nya bagus, Lobby hotel nice. Kamar di lantai 3, tapi karpet selasar dan kamar kurang bersih, dan kamar mandi kurang ya utk hotel bintang 4. Tidak akan kembali ke hotel ini lagi🙏

Fasilitas OK. Lokasi enak sepi, dan ada salon di sebelahnya. Awal masuk salah order via traveloka di smoking room. Tp bisa dengan mudah minta pindah walaupun ada charge 45 ribu. Overall good!

Terrible. A hotel priced at 1 million is like this? Dirty rooms, not soundproof, mediocre breakfast, minimal facilities. Very overpriced and very inappropriate.

Dari segi lokasi, sangat strategis jadi kemana-mana dekat karena di tengah kota. Hotelnya juga nyaman, bersih dan pelayanan bagus. Hanya yang disayangkan handuknya tipis dan agak kumal. Kamar anak saya kemarin agak bau, dibantu semprot pewangi sama hotelnya, tapi sayangnya setelah pewanginya habis masih bau kamarnya.

Dari segi lokasi hotelnya enak banget, karena di tengah-tengah kota, jadi dekat kemana-mana. Sayangnya hanya di handuknya, tipis dan kumal. Kemarin kamar anak saya bau, sama hotel disemprot pewangi, tapi setelah wanginya hilang kamarnya bau lagi. Dari segi pelayanan sangat bagus dan helpful.

The room smelled musty because the AC was leaking, the AC was hot, so that night the maintenance team had to clean the AC in the room first while we were waiting in the room too, so it disturbed our rest, if the AC was broken, it shouldn't be given to the customer, let alone getting a very expensive Eid rate, it's really not worth it.

The deluxe room needs a lot of improvement. The space is small, it is bigger than the cheaper superior premium.

Gak istimewa untuk 4. Handuknya sudah waktunya ganti. Tapi, cuma semalam di Bandung, jadi masih OK lah.
