Check-in was relatively quick. Upon entering the room, I saw that the toiletries included only two large towels, a small bottle of shampoo and soap, two toothbrushes and toothpaste, and one pair of slippers.
One of the power outlets next to the bed was broken. I called reception, but the technician said it was in the wrong room, and because we had other business, they couldn't fix it until we checked out.
The Wi-Fi was very weak.
The staff were very friendly.
On the second night, trying to get into my room, I had a problem with my card, so I had to go back downstairs from the 12th floor. The receptionist said the card hadn't been updated (???).
The important thing was that I finally got into my room.
The room was clean and quite good.
On the second day, I was going to rest, but there were technicians making repairs next to the elevator (a loud noise like metal being hit), so I couldn't get any rest (my room happened to be right next to the elevator). It was very noisy and disturbing.
