Honestly, this time I was disappointed with Aston, not because of the staff, but because of the room and food.
I took an Executive room and was offered a free upgrade to a Suite. I thought the Suite would be better than the Executive, but in fact, I found it even worse. It felt like a spare room that had been forcibly converted into a Suite. There was nothing special in the room other than its own water dispenser. The Executive even had a coffee maker, but there wasn't much else.
As for the restaurant, I was also disappointed with the taste of the food, which I found too ordinary for a 4-star hotel, and there wasn't much variety. The staff was also unfriendly in my opinion (perhaps because I went to the restaurant wearing shorts, messy hair, and a simple t-shirt).
Hopefully, they can improve on all the shortcomings in the future. Next time I've gotten over the incident above, maybe I'll try staying here again to see how the service improves.
