Many small but very impressive things: the kids corner in the restaurant area helps parents enjoy breakfast. Toothpaste that is not just a complement but is truly usable toothpaste.

The staff is nice, quick, the breakfast is good and there are lots of choices.

It's very luxurious, worth it with that budget, the staff are very steady and the Aston employees are very friendly, Good 💯👍👍

Overall, I was satisfied. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The Wi-Fi connection was stable. Although it wasn't soundproof, it wasn't a problem for me. There's a prayer room, a gym, and a clean swimming pool. The staff are friendly and professional, from the receptionist to the housekeeper. When I asked for a towel at the pool, they were promptly provided. The hotel's location is strategic, close to the city center and souvenir shops. Breakfast is quite varied and delicious. They also offer delicious Semarang Lumpia. The Hainanese Chicken Porridge was a bit salty, though. Perhaps they could improve the taste before serving it to guests. Conclusion: A suitable hotel to stay in. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again when I visit Semarang.

Everything is ok except that the water in the bathroom often gets clogged and there is no water hose in the bathroom so it's okay to have a bowel movement.

The food is delicious, the staff are friendly. The pool view is nice in the morning. The room smells good. It's all good.

The AC is not cold enough, the sound from outside is noisy because it is not soundproof so it is not comfortable, the water is unstable

Anyway, everything is delicious and fun.

Atmosphere/Facilities: Good atmosphere and very comfortable facilities. Food: The breakfast menu is varied, so you won't get bored and there are plenty of choices. Staff Assistance: The staff is friendly. Highlights: The view and service are top-notch. Price: Reasonable price for the quality. Location: Quite strategic.

Overall, it's pretty good. The location is also strategic. The presto milkfish souvenir shop is also very close, just a short walk across the street. It's also close to the Lawang Sewu Museum, so we can visit it at the same time. The parking lot is a bit small, but the hotel provides parking across the street. Recommended...!!!

First time to Semarang with family decided to stay at Aston Inn for 3 nights.. Given a room with connecting door as requested 😍 the location is close to the center of souvenirs, culinary and local tourism makes it very easy for us.. the swimming pool although not big but quite satisfying with its view.. the cleanliness of all areas is clean and fragrant.. the only minus is the TV channel, wanted to watch the national team but the TV channel that broadcast the national team was not available (it seems from the subscription TV channel).. until finally watching using the iPad 😄 overall we are satisfied 👌 happy to stay here again if there is a chance to go to Semarang again…

Comfortable & pleasant hotel

Honestly, this time I was disappointed with Aston, not because of the staff, but because of the room and food. I took an Executive room and was offered a free upgrade to a Suite. I thought the Suite would be better than the Executive, but in fact, I found it even worse. It felt like a spare room that had been forcibly converted into a Suite. There was nothing special in the room other than its own water dispenser. The Executive even had a coffee maker, but there wasn't much else. As for the restaurant, I was also disappointed with the taste of the food, which I found too ordinary for a 4-star hotel, and there wasn't much variety. The staff was also unfriendly in my opinion (perhaps because I went to the restaurant wearing shorts, messy hair, and a simple t-shirt). Hopefully, they can improve on all the shortcomings in the future. Next time I've gotten over the incident above, maybe I'll try staying here again to see how the service improves.
