I have stayed at this hotel 3 times when I came to Tawau City..for me this hotel has met my expectations in terms of room price offers..the location in the center of Tawau City makes it easy for me to move anywhere around Tawau City..what needs to be improved is the parking lot for hotel users who stay here..the room conditions are satisfactory and the air conditioning works well..the TV broadcast needs to be improved..

Safe, close to everywhere, shopping, eating and close to the mosque too.

Hopefully there will be lots of promotions for users who frequently stay overnight.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are quite spacious and clean, comfortable and okay.

This is the best hotel if there is a night market, just go downstairs and not far to walk. Beautiful location. Spacious room, clean, free to request extra pillows without charge. But the curtains are strange. If you sleep until noon, you won't get it because it's really bright 😆 If you want to wake up early in the morning, there's no problem. It's easy to wake up. Toiletries are provided except for toothbrushes and colgate. Overall nice. Thank you

The place is comfortable, clean, friendly, the check-in process is fast but you can only get in at 12 o'clock, if you want to go anywhere nearby, just walk. @hotelsubscriptionmyfamily

If you want to comment, try it yourself, it's good to rent a cheap room.

Hotel close to downtown Tawau. If you leave the hotel you can immediately get KFC, Guardian and Watsons and lots of culinary delights around the hotel. Those who want to holiday in Tawau can go here because it is affordable and can be walked everywhere.

Actually it was fun staying at this hotel, but unfortunately this time the lift had problems, so I had to use the stairs to the 4th floor, which was tiring.
