mình đi ngang qua Ninh Thuận nên ghé Phan Rang nghỉ lại 1 đêm. Tìm trên app thì thấy khách sạn được đánh giá rất tốt. Mình đặt trên app xong hết, vô tới khách sạn thì anh chủ lại nói là đã báo hết phòng rồi, chỉ còn 1 phòng lửng nhỏ thôi. Mình xem qua phòng thì tạm chấp nhận để nghỉ qua 1 đêm mai đi sớm. Tối mình đi ăn thì gặp 2 người vô hỏi phòng, thì thấy cô chủ đợi mình đi ra ngoài hẳn thì mới nói với 2 người khách lẻ là còn phòng. Như vậy khách sạn đã gian dối khách hàng, đưa phòng nhỏ cho mình
