The room smells of cigarette smoke, the bathroom is dirty, the facilities are broken

Uncomfortable and scared. The shower had no water, the floor was dirty, and there were no more towels.

The room was dirty, the AC was leaking, the bathroom was not clean, it was very uncomfortable, the hotel seemed scary.

I was very uncomfortable here, when I booked and had already filled the room, one of the employees opened my room door while I was not wearing a hijab, and it was open. So the employee's SOP was not good, I was very disappointed. SOP is important for hotel employees.

The condition of the room is very, very inadequate, starting from the cleanliness of the mattress, bathroom, even the DOOR is broken... the bed sheets are full of stains, it's really not worth it, but if you just want to hang out for 10-15 minutes, it's okay, but for a night's rest, it's better to look for a much more decent hotel.

I've never booked a hotel room as disappointing as this one... yes, it's around 200 thousand... but at least the standard things in most hotels, especially cleanliness, were not found in this hotel, hopefully they can improve.

car park is so small, i offer my car key to car park staff so they can move it if it’s blocked another car but they refuse, the next morning i got my car blocked by another. i was convinced that my car can get out during the check out time, and apparently it wasn’t. THEY SERIOUSLY NEED TO ADD VALET SERVICE. the room is dirty tho, they have tv but it’s inoperative. the floor is sticky like they don’t really mop it, furniture as well as water closet was awful. at least the air conditioning is working, and the staff is helpful.

Needs to have a cleaning staff

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful upon check-in, but the facilities were poor, the flush didn't work, the toilet was dirty, the soap was only half full, there were no usable drawers, the TV had no channels, and when it rained, there was a bit of splash around the windows.

This haunted hotel is really scary, the vibe is scary, it's not clean, the blankets are itchy, there are lots of animals, the TV remote is broken, I only checked in for 1 hour and then I couldn't stand it and checked out.

Don’t book this hotel, very dirty Room and toilet, also don’t care to guest , Wi-Fi also not working

What is certain is that the location is easily accessible to everywhere, easy to enjoy various culinary delights, close to minimarkets, safe, and quite comfortable.

Friendly staff, get towels at the reception, large room size, TV and wardrobe, minus the cleanliness of the floor and toilet, will come back here again

The most rotten hotel I've ever stayed in. If it wasn't already nighttime, I would have moved.

Kamar bau rokok padahal roomnya non smoking, toilet pecah, tidak bisa diflush, kamar jorok banyak kecoa, sprei tidak diganti, kamarnya semuanya kotor banget. Sangat tidak recommended buat menginap. Cuma orang gila yang nginap disini
