strategic location...................

I really enjoyed my two-night stay at the Grand Arkenso Semarang Hotel. It's strategically located in the city center, next to Plaza Simpang Lima shopping center and across from Ciputra Mall. It's a short walk to Simpang Lima, close to various culinary spots, and on Sunday mornings, you can exercise and enjoy Semarang's car-free day. Even though it's an older hotel, the service is excellent, with a warm welcome from the staff, spacious and clean rooms, clean bathrooms, clean towels, and well-functioning hotel facilities. The prompt service when we asked for the sofa to be cleaned made our stay very comfortable.

Ok. Location near Simpang Lima and culinary... Valet parking

The building is old, the bathtub is cracked, the door handle, shower, flushing toilet, and sink are rusty.

Staying 1 night on a business trip this time accompanied by my wife, of course it felt like a honeymoon trip again, hahahaha ... For the location, it is highly recommended, right at the Simpang Lima intersection of Semarang city, so it is very easy and simple to go anywhere. Only for parking is a bit narrow and lacking, but it can be overcome with valet. For the room is quite large, the bed is very soft & there is a bathtub, but because it seems like this hotel is quite old, there are some parts that need to be renovated (a bathtub with cracks, a water tap that can't be closed and a washbasin that is a bit not smooth dirty water) hopefully it can be renovated soon. For breakfast at the hotel is quite varied and quite delicious. And coincidentally we stayed on the weekend and the next day there was a car free day. Where in Jakarta never join because it is very far from where you live, here you just go out and you can exercise on the street with various breakfasts that are sold. Very exciting. So far so good lah

The mattress looks clean but when I sleep on it my body itches like it's been bitten by fleas so it turns into red bumps The bathroom curtain should be replaced with one that's not suitable for use or washed because it's dirty and smells musty
