Friendly hotel staff, clean rooms, cheap in the center of Batu City

The hotel is very clean, the service is friendly and the hotel is in a strategic location.

We stayed for 3 days for a vacation and have stayed here 4 times.. the staff are friendly, the room is comfortable, the breakfast menu is quite good, the security is not very helpful. We wanted to cross the street on foot to Batu Mall but were not helped even though the road was busy with vehicles, the bathroom floor was a bit yellow and slippery

The hotel's strategic location is near Lippo Mall Batu. There are food stalls and a meatball stall in front of the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is one elevator and stairs for ascending and descending. The food is decent and would be more enjoyable if the variety of food could be increased.

Comfortable and close to the town square

The location is perfect, strategic to Jatim Park. Close to the market and supermarket. The room was comfortable, but when I wanted breakfast, I mistakenly clicked on a booking that didn't include breakfast. But no one offered to pay for breakfast that morning. So, we went out for breakfast.

The hotel staff are all friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the mall, Batu City Square, and other tourist attractions. The rooms are quite comfortable and spacious, and the amenities are quite complete. The breakfast is also delicious.

The room was clean and comfortable, not too cramped, and the bed was quite large. It's located near Matahari Mall, so finding food is easy. The breakfast menu is limited, even the bread is only white bread. But it's enough for a night out.
