Located 11 min away by walking from Lee Gardens. Easy to find halal food around the hotel. Just a stone away from Jiranakorn/Florida Night Market. The building kind of classic but very spacious and clean room. Not soundproof. They provide a basic toiletries so better bring your own.

Recommended and the staff are friendly and very helpful.

Located in a strategic place. Couple minutes to restaurant and 7 eleven. Good AC, TV, WiFI and water heater. Friendly staffs and helpful. However, noisy from next rooms bit disturbe especially for guest who stay most time in a hotel.

Good hotel parking. Room621 for 3 person. Large room complete with fridge kettle mineral and snack. Bath tab. Malay speaking and helpful reception. Easy to find halal food and 7e walk distance. Call grab or tuktuk to asean or greenway or hatyai central plaza.

Quite far from lee garden on walking distance.. no water heater but hot water available at lobby.. need to bring thermos from room which is not convenient for me.. room ok..

Ok, suitable for the price Finding a travel car and easy eating

Basically I am satisfying with the room condition and service with this price. Location not bad, easily access to food stalls, and about 10-15 minutes walking to the Lee Garden area. Room is tidy and the bed is comfortable. But the only thing i would like to highlight, I stay in room 520 for 2 nights. Basically the first night is fine, but the second night I spotted small cockroaches in the toilet. Maybe the housekeeping need to enhance the cleanliness and standard of hygiene of the room. The rest is fine to me.

There is a bathtub, it's clean. It's just that the TV is still a tube and the receptionist can't speak English. The air conditioner gets cold fast, some are given mineral water but have to read the paper placed in the refrigerator because the goods and snacks must all be paid except for mineral water on the dressing table
