This is the second time my family and I have come here because the house is very comfortable. There is a gazebo to sit back and relax, complete kitchen equipment, refrigerator, soap for washing dishes and bathing. Even sugar, coffee, tea and instant noodles are provided. Wifi, 2 AC units, water heater, gallons of water are available. There are 3 mattresses, one of which is in front of the TV, making children happy sleeping there. There are lots of blankets. The villa is in a housing estate, even in front of the house there is a security post, making us feel safe. The owner of the villa also responded quickly when we contacted him. Thank You.

Perlu perbaikan.- Kamar mandi sebaiknya ditambah 1 lagi karena km eksisting ada di dalam kamar.- Dipastikan kembali AC berfungsi dengan baik, karena meskipun cuaca kota batu tergolong dingin tapi itu di luar rumah, saat di dalam rumah pintu ditutup semua ternyata cukup panas.- Sediakan sabun cair, karena saat mandi ternyata tidak ada sabun beruntungnya dekat lokasi ada kios jual sabun.- Lengkapi petunjuk-petunjuk terkait rumah karena beda dengan hotel yang ruangannya kecil, rumah ini perlu petunjuk-petunjuk agar mempermudah tamu yang menginap.

Unfortunately when I was there, the electricity token ran out at 00.30. So until the morning it was pitch black. Luckily it's in Batu, so even if the power goes out, it's still chilly. But overall it's okay.

The owner is nice. I came at 13.00, but the key was given and we were allowed to enter. I was told that if there was a problem, I asked for information, the father was quick to respond. The hot water functions non-stop, there are lots of beds. 2 king sizes, and there is an extra bed. There are 2 rooms, the main bedroom has AC & TV. In the living room there is also a large TV, AC too. Complete cooking utensils, even soy sauce is available in the fridge, coffee + sugar. If you go to Batu again, you have to stay here again. Oh, there's a small garden + a gazebo too, you know, just sipp.

Recommended banget nginap di sini. Wifi kenceng, taman bagus suasana tenang, kamar mandi hanya 1 tp it's ok, tuan rumah ramah. Next kalau liburan bisa kesini lagi

Just left it for a while, arrived at the villa - the bathroom was full of ants, starting from the door, wall, sink, even in the toilet ... This is what makes us disgusted and goosebumps 🤢 until we were all afraid to use the toilet, because we had goosebumps seeing the ants)
