Disadvantages: - The water heater does not turn on, it has been fixed, the hot water does not turn on, 2x showers with cold water. If there is no hot water, please include it in the description. - The TV remote is broken, even though the battery has been replaced, as a result the TV cannot be changed and the channel cannot be turned up and down. - Water cannot come out of the dispenser. - The room smells musty when you first enter. This is someone's house that has been empty for a long time and has been rented out to guests. So don't expect it to be like a professional hotel. Really. Pros: - The staff is friendly and helpful. - Get breakfast with gudeg rice boxes.

Sorry, when I entered the room, I had to ask for the sheets to be changed first and then the sheets. Because it smells and is not neat as it has been used, so I ask to replace the sheets. Cleanliness is also not maintained, in the garbage bin there are still other tissues of people who use the room, so I have to ask to clean the bathroom first. Suggestion: to be more cared for and kept clean, the homestay is pretty good, maybe the owner has never seen and rarely visited. I didn't get to take a photo.

The hotel is far from the city, the bed linen smells musty, I stayed 3 nights just took 1 night, the rest I moved to another hotel.

Although far from the city, this homestay is super comfortable. From Malioboro about 20 minutes. You have to take a vehicle if you want to stay here because public transportation is rather difficult. I happen to get a standard room with an outdoor bathroom. But fortunately the bathroom is clean even though you have to share with other guests at affordable prices, you can have a warm rice breakfast.

Convenient location. Clean bedrooms, a place to sit outside a large area and lots of chairs and tables, very nice to just enjoy a cup of coffee or tea.
