This is really a place to stay that I highly recommend, I stayed here and the atmosphere was really beautiful, especially since the weather was really supportive❤️❤️❤️

This was my first experience in Garut, I stayed here for one night and met very friendly and helpful staff. The taste of the food at breakfast really suits my taste, the cleanliness of the room is good, the facilities such as the swimming pool and wifi internet are good and usable. I will visit again when I go to Garut.

Very cozy and relaxing place, homey and fragrant room, Friendly service, delicious breakfast and enough variants, Comfortable room, there is also room service, reflexology and suki grill, Anyway will be back to Aleyra for staycation,

The Front Office staff is cute 5S, the place is clean, the swimming pool is clear, cleaned every day so the water is very clear, the absorption is varied and very delicious, recommended with your beloved family 🥰

The first time I came here, I was given the best service starting from the security guard, the best plus friendly service from the receptionist, I was very satisfied, thank you from check-in to checkout🥺 The breakfast food is also delicious, usually when I go to big hotels it tastes bland but here the first impression is that it suits my tongue, in other guests' reviews it was the same, it turned out when I tried it myself, wow, it's really delicious. The cleanliness of the area and the room is as clean as if it were at home, whatever the roomboy requests. The vibes are like being in Bali, I really like it 10/10, I will bring my family here again. The best ✨

The smell of the perfume on the sheets is too strong so it is difficult to sleep, the price of staying at the hotel is too high for the condition of the hotel which is old, the location is on the side of the road but it is too crowded and there is nothing around the hotel. The hotel staff is friendly and the food is quite good.

Really like the hotel, it's very strategic, from the outside it looks small but when you go inside, it turns out to be long to the back with a villa hotel concept. The rooms are big, clean, and the staff are friendly. If I go to Garut again next time, I will stay here again. Thank you, Aleyra...

hommiii really clean, the best, when I went up the stairs to the room, it was already very fragrant, there were lots of sofas to hang out and relax, the only downside was that the pool was cold water🤭 when the weather was pouring in Garut, the mattress was a bit hard.. what made it addictive was the food, even though it was a small hotel, it was quite varied.. the fruits and vegetables were very fresh, the black sticky rice and green bean porridge was really delicious, I wanted to take it again but I was embarrassed😁😁

We stayed on February 14, 2025, the friendliness of the staff when we checked in, the homey atmosphere of the hotel felt like staying at home. The room was clean and tidy, the food was also delicious.

The place may not look like a typical hotel & very thankfully everything is good there, from the service, the room and the breakfast food. For me this hotel: 9/10

Hopefully the swimming pool can have warm water because everything is okay, just a warm water pool, it will definitely be a dream destination...

Not my first time in Garut, but my first time staying at Aleyra. The service is great, the admin WA always replies, and the hotel staff are also friendly, very helpful. The breakfast is quite good, there are choices even though there are not many, and I like the friendly omelet maker. The hotel is comfortable, it feels like sleeping in your own room.
