The hotel staff is friendly, but the condition of the room is not clean, especially the toilet.

The service is quite satisfying, friendly, cleanliness is also satisfying.

The place is too cramped. The bathroom is quite nasty. Very little room equipment. The place is too far from office and student districts. I had no privacy at all with my wife, I think they could hear our conversation in our room from the outside due to the thin walls. For such price, it's very very not recommended at all. Stay away from there!

The front of the hotel is dark, quiet, unconvincing as a truly classy hotel, many guys in front of the hotel are not clear. I don't recommend girls especially staying there, scary.

This guest house rooms along with room facilities are quite good and comfortable, but cleanliness is not considered for example cleaning the sheets is not clean because there are still stains. The reception service is quite kind and friendly, but the service time turns out to be not as stated 24 hours. thanks.

The bed is not neatly arranged. Spring bed linen is not replaced, just used is less pleasant aroma. TV broadcasts are hard to choose. Less comfortable.

The place is nice, but maintenance is lacking and the air conditioner is not cold.
