I checked in for 3 hours and still didn't get a towel, I called the receptionist 3 times and they just said yes, a minute. At the restaurant, ordering food took a long time even though there was no queue. The rice arrived and the drinks were finished and some of the food hadn't arrived for an hour. If there was a queue, I understand, I'm alone in the restaurant and the lights are off 😭 amit amit
