Staff service is less than satisfactory.

Old resort. Cozy room. Pricey for their standard. Limited facility. The worst is the smell of garbage that is located behind the receptionist area. Also, there's a weird smell in the bedroom.

Room 203 is hot, TV doesn't work. Complained but ignored. Road access to the location is okay.

The AC is hot, the toilet smells bad, even though the view is good.

The cleanliness of the sheets is re-considered. The toilets should also have air fresheners so they don't smell when you first enter. The staff are friendly and kind.

The room's AC was not cold enough, the bed and toilet were not clean enough, the breakfast food was not varied enough and the taste was just ordinary, the check-in and check-out process was fast.

Customer service is hard to call, the room is dirty with sand & slimy floor, there is no AC remote, there is no bathroom mat, towels are damp, the mattress sheets are dirty.

Nice place, comfortable, clean water, only the bathroom sink needs to be repaired.

When we arrived, the soap and shampoo were out of stock, the shower tap was broken (missing).
