Beautiful, quiet hotel The staff is enthusiastic and very friendly If I have the opportunity to visit Hoi An next time, I will definitely bring my whole family to stay at Gem

I stayed at the hotel for 6 hours, from 2pm to 9am I had to go to the airport. The water heater, the staff had not cleaned it yet, because there were still some grains left in the water heater from previous guests, there was hot water, the staff was enthusiastic in helping guests carry their belongings, there was a swimming pool, the hotel was very spacious, everything was fine except the water heater.

Additional charge required for room with balcony and central location Room is clean and nicer than in the pictures

Quite place to stay and not so far if you want going to night market. The hotel was good cleans and staff so friendly🙏

Hotel space looks ok. Inside the room looks a bit old. Curtain in the bathtub is moldy.

The room is large and clean, the receptionist is very enthusiastic, the bed is spacious, the swimming pool is clean, the room faces the pool, if I have the opportunity to come back I will continue to stay, very close to the old town!! Good experience of my vacation
