This accommodation is very comfortable and located in the middle of the city, easy transportation access and friendly staff.

Luas, nyaman, bersih, pelayanan ramah. 👍.

Sudah sering staycation keliling Banjarmasin-Jakarta dan akhirnya coba hotel ini. Untuk hotel bintang 4 dengan harga semahal ini, pertama masuk lobby biasa aja, malah kesannya kayak hotel tua, lalu yang paling gak enak pas mau ke kolam renang lantai 7 ternyata kartunya gak bisa, kebetulan bareng sama 1 tamu yang lain jadi bolak balik resepsionis baru bisa (kartu aksesnya gak dikasih ke semua lantai, biasanya di hotel lain bisa ke semua lantai jadi enak, atau minimal untuk ke fasilitas umum kayak kolam renang & fitnes). Kamarnya juga standart, gak ada yang spesial untuk hotel semahal ini 😂 Harusnya malu lah sama hotel sebelah yang harga lebih murah tapi benar-benar mewah dan bagus, sesuai. Yang bikin tertolong ada valet parking (itupun resiko sih ya karena parkiran keci) + sarapan lumayan enak, selebihnya biasa aja. Kolam renang kecil sekali untuk orang dewasa, kalo mau yang mahal dan mewah sekalian mending ke hotel lain. Untuk yang budget 400-600 masih lebih baik hotel lainnya. Sorry to say dengan semua fasilitas ini, sebaiknya harga diturunkan lagi, kayaknya gak bakal ke sini lagi kalo masih semahal ini 😂 mending ke hotel lain.

There are different prices, for a 4-star hotel and prices above 600 thousand per night the accommodation is definitely good. Facilities are good, breakfast is delicious and lots of choices. The rooms are clean and spacious.

I'm used to staying here, but yesterday when I checked in it took so long.

The floor is dusty, the cooler isn't cold & check-in is almost 1 hour long. The swimming pool is cool.

Maybe this has been the umpteenth time staying here. Have experienced the various types of rooms available at this hotel except for the suite room. But from this type of 4-star hotel, it's a shame that the rooms still use ceramics for the mats in the rooms. Usually in their class, they use carpet or pillow mats so that the feet feel warm even though the air conditioner is still cold. Hopefully there will be changes for the deluxe and executive deluxe room types which I often reserve. I hope my advice is heard. Thank You.

It's fun and the food is delicious and the service is very friendly. Cleanliness is very very clean.

Staf-stafnya ramah semua saya di berikan compelemen saya kira seperti hotel-hotel lainnya, ternyata makanannya enak-enak kuenya juga enak semua, sayangnya lobby hotel kurang bagus & tidak dingin.

Service is ok, rooms are ok, facilities are ok.

Booking 2 rooms, we arrived at 14.15 WITA but the rooms weren't ready, about 15 minutes waiting for a new room to be ready and even then only 1 room was ready. Entering the room, bath towels are not available, they are only delivered after we call several times. The swimming pool water is not clean and not guarded, for. Just normal food.

The rooms are nice clean, good service, friendly.

Room bagus dan makanan enak dan tempat tidak jauh dari tempat belanja dan mall. Cuma sayang tempat parking nya agak sempit tapi is oke pelayanannya.

According to expectations. Great for holidays. For food it really supports traditional tastes

Reseptionnya baik banget sesuai request saya minta yang view bagus tapi sayangnya check in baru bisa jam 15.30 apa karena hari natal harusnya kalo liburan di banyakin karyawannya agar tidak kesiangan yang check in terbuang waktu saya 1.5 jam nunggu. Untuk kamar hotel dan hotelnya terkonsep seperti hotel bawa pada umumnya makanan juga lumayan variatif.

Overall it was quite pleasant to stay at Kindai, strategic location, good breakfast, spacious rooms. A little note: only 1 room card with elevator access must use a card, limited parking.
