It's very comfortable here, next time I go on holiday I will return to Kopabri because the atmosphere is very comfortable, and the mountain view is really good

Good. It's just a shame that the trash can is only in the bathroom. There isn't one in the room. You have to ask for towels downstairs. The bathroom is a bit poorly cleaned. The hot water doesn't work.

First experience staying at inkoppabri cisarua, satisfying. All the staff are friendly, front office, security, bell boy, very very friendly and helpful. The response is also fast. The facilities are sufficient, there is karaoke together, but for billiards it seems it needs to be upgraded, the balls are no longer complete. We stayed at the pyramide house, the room was clean and comfortable, spacious too. But it turned out there was a change, the stairs were outside, the problem was if you wanted to go upstairs you had to go outside, while we were staying with 1 family, so it was not comfortable, it happened to be raining too, so we had difficulty going back and forth when needed.

A hotel with quite a beautiful view.

A comfortable place to stay with a relatively cheap price. The receptionist is friendly, the hotel staff are also fast, not far from Jln Raya Pumcak, the most interesting thing is that around the hotel there are many food sellers, there are cafes that sell various kinds of delicious and cheap food. The downside is the swimming pool and children's playground which are a bit poorly maintained, especially the children's playmates which can no longer be used, overall good and comfortable, hopefully it will be improved, sometime back, thank you

Semua oke tapi water heater tidak bisa berfungsi dengan baik, kolam renang dewasanya juga agak canggung mau berenang karena sepertinya itu kolam untuk villa lain karena pas ada yang sewa villa itu areanya jadi rame ama yang sewa villa itu, jadi kita mengurungkan niat untuk berenang di kolam dewasa tapi kolam anak-anaknya okelah. Oh iya sekitar areanya oke banget banyak tukang makanan deket kemana mana, so far recommended for staycation with family lah, water heater tolong diperbaiki ya 🤗

I've been here 3 times, I really like the beautiful atmosphere and the beautiful scenery, perfect for relieving fatigue.

Dirty bathroom, stagnant water, leaking shower and no water heater.

The view is nice and cool, the hotel is also clean and tidy, the staff is also friendly, the only drawback is that if there is food there are lots of black ants and the shower faucet is leaking, doormats, towels, electric kettle must be requested first but hot water in the bathroom is available. With that price, overall it's ok to come back to stay again.

For the swimming pool it's ok, but for the children's playground it's not ok, the soap in the room runs out, the air conditioner leaks.

Soap & shampoo only got 1 even though there were 2 people, hot water was off, no trash can in the room, lots of small ants, under a dirty bed, got a room with a garden background so there was no view.

The size of the room does not match the profile of the room in the application, everything else is not a problem.

The hotel is clean, smells good, the staff is environmentally friendly, the children are happy.

Thank God, the service is satisfying, there is only a small children's play area. The breakfast is also suitable for my tongue.

Take 2 rooms, a bedroom and a 2 bedroom villa. The place is simple but neat and clean. Comfortable for family gatherings. The location is also not far from the highway. Really worth for the money. Next come here again ah. There is a place for a dining room. Nice place.

The view from the room is really good. Clean rooms, hot water works. Recommended.

It was a pleasure to stay at the Inkoppabri Griya, the rooms and the environment around the inn are quite clean, the facilities are adequate and function well. Breakfast is fried rice and tastes good. My son also likes to swim and the pool is clean.
