It was a pleasant stay, but it's probably my first and last. The staff was friendly, and the room was quite clean, but the room conditions could use some improvements. The breakfast was quite tasty and had a lot of choices. I don't recommend bringing a family, as the upstairs pool is often used for parties, restricting guests' access. Hopefully, there will be more improvements in the future.

The hotel is bad for that price, it's not worth it because the room is dirty, there are lots of stains on the blanket, the toothpaste is already opened (it should be sealed), and what's worse, when I went out, suddenly I entered the room there was already a towel on the bed, which means someone entered my room when there was no one there, the towel should have been prepared from the start of check in.

Strategic hotel near culinary places, the staff is a bit unfriendly. When checking in, I got room 209 which couldn't be locked and ended up asking for a room change, maybe the problematic room needs to be reconsidered so as not to inconvenience the guest. There is no telephone in the room so if there is something, just WA or call CS. The food is quite good and varied, the swimming pool is a bit closed so if you want to swim you have to go to the cafe on the rooftop first, maybe the entrance to the swimming pool and cafe could be separated (just a suggestion), the room is not soundproof, you can still hear the sound of people walking.

I like the room and location, I might come back to book.

Location-wise, it's great, no complaints. It's easy to find food and close to everything. But the room, to be honest, isn't very nice. I stayed in room 628, and the front door glass was plastered with cardboard. I was shocked the moment I saw it. The noise from the next room and the rooftop was also very audible. The toilet wasn't very clean, honestly, unlike a hotel. The AC also leaked. Please maintain cleanliness, as it's also important for comfort. This hotel needs a major renovation, as it's no longer in good condition.

The location is close to everywhere. Finding food outside is also easy. The facilities and cleanliness are also quite good. However, the AC wasn't cold enough yesterday. Drinks are provided, and you can refill bottles.

It's fun, the hotel is aesthetic and access to everywhere is close.
