Normally a homestay is nice, the AC is cold, the water is clean and flowing smoothly.

For low budget accommodation, this is the most comfortable in my opinion, the room is big enough to lie down, it's also comfortable, especially the single bed, the bathroom is inside and quite clean even though some of it is a little damaged, the accommodation area is clean and the room is also clean, you get 1 small towel and of course when you get there you won't be asked for additional money.

The hotel location is good, close to many food stalls, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom is standard for boarding rooms, but the worst thing is when the water goes out, there is no water and the staff or guard does not inform and there is no solution from the inn, we are told to find a solution ourselves while water is very important for toilets, there is no public kitchen so all tea, coffee and water have to be bought by ourselves

The location is quite strategic, the room is quite clean. But unfortunately the AC is not cold.

for a price below 100k, a double bed without AC is comfortable, the room is clean, the bathroom is clean, there are small towels, a mirror, a fan, the atmosphere is nice, but the room is not very soundproof and the water pressure is low, especially if you use the shower, but for that price it is worth it

The landlady is friendly and the service is good. The room is very clean and tidy, there are soap and towels too. Access to the boarding house is easy and safe because there is CCTV.
