friendly staff, quick response when needed,, the room may have not been used for a long time so it smells, the balcony is not clean the water was also turned off but the staff quickly turned it on, the gong for breakfast, at first they gave me sweet tea and bananas the second meal came fried rice tasted a bit strange because the rice was soft, after breakfast I went to the swimming pool to look around and saw many abandoned buildings even though my husband said when he was in college this was a good hotel but lack of maintenance so the grass was high when he got home from swimming the staff knocked on his room and said to replace the fried rice that was made wrong, replaced with noodles but I don't know what kind of noodles the color was pale when I tried it for me and my family didn't like it so sorry I didn't eat it, but I salute the service, thank you for trying to change the breakfast, the phone call was not according to expectations but there was an effort so good job, hopefully it can be fixed again,,, overall I like staying here, it feels like I'm testing my courage☺️

Check in at night greeted by the receptionist staff the reason is our new employee had to wait a long time to check in because the employee who usually serves is taking a shower. I booked 3 superior rooms. all the rooms smell. the mattress is full of rat droppings. the bathroom too. the floor is dirty, the cupboard is dirty. the sheets are yellow like they have never been changed. there is no hot water for the toilet. finally that night we checked out. really not worth it for a place to stay with an expensive price.

STRATEGIC hotel location with the beach in front, friendly room for family of 4 (but only 2 towels are given), also friendly for elderly with lower standard, clean room, cold AC, but please pay attention to the facilities in the bathroom at least if the shower / faucet is broken so that it is repaired ... really note during BREAKFAST (queue like in a refugee camp) why are there so many fighting over it already long queue then the menu runs out quickly, there is no water only given tea (even though the food is also delicious) but maybe the restaurant opening hours are a bit late so people are fighting over lunch (even though they are given coupons)

The condition of the room, the AC was dead, had to complain several times before getting a response and the TV only had two local channels, during breakfast all the guests fought over the food, some even missed out because it had run out, the service should have been improved, especially since breakfast should have been ready early before the guests arrived

The building is a bit old, for the room facilities are not so good for me, I ordered a double bed but what was there was a single made into 1. The bathroom handle is loose, there is no wifi, there is no electric kettle so if you want hot water you have to go down to the lower pavilion, the floor is a bit dirty with sand and the drawers look like they are rotten with lots of wood dirt. Only the hotel facilities such as the swimming pool are better, the land is also spacious for parking, the staff are quite good. Hopefully in the future the room service can be improved

There is a swimming pool that is not well maintained but can still be used for swimming. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you want to go to the beach, you have to cross the road, but it is quite close, the beach is white sand and safe for swimming at the beach. The cleanliness of the environment and facilities must be improved again, so that customers feel more at home. I didn't try the breakfast.
