The room was fine. The amenities were okay too. But the customer service was not.
We were booked in Miami but we were transferred to Positano.
The agent did not respond to my text when I told him/her about the check in time.
I was told that I needed to print a copy of the entry pass minutes before checking in. How in the world can I have it printed if I was already on my way to the unit? Then I was told that it was no longer needed since they have a hard copy of it already.
There was a power outage around 9am. The unit ran out of prepaid electricity load.
The unit smells. Have it checked.
