no electricity upon check in and check out. no wifi. dirty bathroom. not recommended to stay.

The hotel is neither awesome nor unsatisfying, so why are there only 2 choices? The price was very good for a weekend stay and the place itself was comfortable, but the check-in was very uncomfortable. The front desk people kept saying that "yes this is the place this is Robert's Place (Deca Homes) but your payment did not seem to go through. I have another place for you, just pay me xxxxx amount." After showing the reservation in my CP to Deca Homes front desk, the front desk personnel and I went upstairs to the 5th floor and we knocked on the door for 20 minutes with no response then he kept saying "Robert's Place is here but they are not in. I have a place for you if you give me xxx amount..... they said this 10 times." I waited for a response to someone who represents Robert's Place and finally 30 minutes later someone came up from 1 floor below from where we knocked on the door for 20 minutes. Bottom line: slightly dodgy/messy check-in (after I was ripped off by a fake place in Mandaluyong using another hotel website of which I don't know if it is related to this place or not related). After making a 2:30 pm reservation I actually rested in the room starting 3:45 pm. The check-in might take a long time and be sure to show paperwork or by cell phone screen that you paid the reservation. Fortunately I did not pay extra. The room itself was okay like a 3-star condo and 3 blocks from Boni MRT station and Light Mall and with 7-11 next to the entrance.

No personel/ receptionist in the hotel. We wasted our time waiting on the lobby. No immediate action done. Contact number given cannot be reach.

There was no staff to process my check-in. I was left looking for ways to contact the staff to no avail. The customer service is non-existent.

The room is incomplete and untidy. No tissue curtain water towel toiletries faucet fridge water heater microwave is available but so dirty

Location is good, shower room no heater, no wifi provided. sink is not working, no hanger provided.

Super major mega weak water supply. We just asked for a pail and dipper to us for bathing. No TV Channel though bedsheets smelled nice. Just value for price. 1,079 for two person one night.

The hotel is perfect for backpackers. The place was near from malls and MRT station. I will definitely stay here next time I come back to Manila.

I am a regular guest of this apartment/condo so I know what is common or what amenities or facilities provided in the room. I checked in at around 4 PM. I was here to unwind and relax but to my surprised room provided to me has no TV, refrigerator, and shower heater inside the toilet (sometimes it is not common, I was okay even without one). I asked the staff but they told me that this is the only one room available. One thing I like with this stay was the good location. I was checked in here last week Sept 14- 16, 2018 for 2N3D and my stay was okay. So don't tell me that it might different room category was provided because they only have one category (particularly the room size). It is far different from other hotels amenities.

This is my 2nd time to book with them. We plan to book again soon.

The place was good but no hot water.

Accessible to everything! A few steps away from food establishments, drugstores, salons and Metro Manila's popular malls. Mode of transportation is everywhere; you just need to decide which one to use.

Contact numbers are unreliable. I tried to contact them multiple times with no response in all their form of contacts.

The place has no name and it is very difficult to find. The staff cannot even give proper directions. I was looking for the place for more than an hour. Over all stay, it was okay, the room is clean and functional.

The only thing great about our stay was that very accommodating girl. The rest was just ok. And do update your profile, there is no swimming pool in the building. My daughter was disappointed.

No internet wifi when. we arrived they have to install it. so the guys came into our room to install the internet wifi.. around 5:30 pm. I was sleeping that time when they arrived. there is no blackout curtain. no hot water. the good thing about it is that the only girl who cleans the unit and gave us bedding is really nice.
