During my stay, I registered my vehicle to receive free parking for the duration of my stay. However, upon check-out, we were still charged for parking. The reason given was that the free parking facility was only valid for 1 day upon check-in, and on the day of check-out, the facility was no longer valid. However, when registering for parking at the front office, the free parking facility should have been valid until the check-out date, according to the check-in staff. The lack of coordination or weakness in the system between the hotel's front office and the parking system affects the maximum rating for this hotel. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.

The hotel provided excellent service and was always responsive when I needed assistance. The breakfast menu was varied, with plenty of choices, and the food was delicious. I also found shortcomings, including the TV remote control not working properly; and the bedroom lighting being minimal due to the misalignment and insufficient number of lamps. I hope the hotel management can address these shortcomings immediately.

Overall, the hotel staff was very friendly.

It was great to stay here. The only problem would be the crowds. There are several groups staying here and it was quite inconvenient to check-in, the line was long. I skip the breakfast and went to their Chinese restaurant. It was okay for the dimsum (not gonna complain much since it’s all you can eat dim sum)
