The distance from the city is quite close. The room is clean, the service is good, but the AC is not cold enough, and there is no trash can.

Have stayed here twice, very satisfying. First order directly for 250, get hot water, tea, coffee and aqua facilities. The AC is cold, there is also a prayer mat. Second order through traveloka for 225, get a clean room, but no hot water, coffee, and tea. Just a suggestion, it would be better if each room was given the direction of the Qibla.

The service and the room are very appropriate. Near the market near the Mie Bancir Haji Alan food stall. Highly recommended. Comfortable environment. Only staff please check the bathroom equipment for the hot water shower in room 5c is not working because the equipment when I stayed was not on hopefully the management of the Mahkota Hotel can pay attention to the intended matter. Understandably, it's an old low budget hotel. It doesn't match the expectations with the photos. Hopefully it can be improved in the future.

The room was not very clean, no tissues were provided, we had ordered a king bed but instead we were given a twin bed.

The hotel staff, who are young women, are less friendly and less communicative. OB diligently very helpful. Just ordinary food. Please fix the shower in room 106 because it sprays in the face. Under the table there are lots of cobwebs.

Book a VIP room, large/comfortable, clean, has a water heater, minus tissue, trash can.
