Great location But security really needs to be improved. When people argue, it really disturbs other guests, but the hotel doesn't take any action.

The staff was okay. But the cleanliness need to improve more. Floor was dirty. TV, table & window got dust. We can smell someone else’s smoking from inside our room. Sorry no photos were taken. Location okay, many restaurants around the hotel.

Overall it's good, strategic location, lots of restaurants around the hotel, but it's a bit noisy at night because of the noise from the machines in the restaurant next to the hotel.

Stayed here twice because it was quite close to the chess tournament my son was taking part in.

The room is quite spacious, the service is ok. There are quite a lot of places to eat around the hotel but unfortunately there are no Malay cuisine/restaurants 😢

Strategic place, lots of culinary & close to Austin Waterpark. But at night I want to sleep noisy because many bars & karaoke are open until 2 in the morning.

The receptionist service is 5 stars. When I need to print out document, they manage to help me out. That is a big flavour to me

I love my stay here. The rooms are clean and spacious as we booked the Deluxe King room. But when we checked in there int any towels but that's ok since we checked in quite early too

Nice rooms. The area is near lots of shops and restaurants. Limited parking space due to that. The staffs were friendly and got free candies too.
