It's better to increase the price but make guests comfortable than cheap and can't eat. But for breakfast, it's quite okay. For events, don't make all dangdut events, maybe there's more variety because not all guests there can enjoy it. Next time, there can be more variety for events so it's not only enjoyed by some but all guests are comfortable.. or maybe we chose the wrong area for the New Year's Eve event, maybe in Cikarang that's the kind of event.. The staff service was quite good, but there are some suggestions for overall service improvements: 1. The lobby is hot. 2. The room Wi-Fi is on but there's no internet connection. 3. There's no plastic bag in the toilet. 4. The bathroom door won't close. 5. The bathroom door handle is broken and hasn't been repaired. 6. There's only one slipper. 7.
