The room was clean and pleasant, but the receptionist was less pleasant, maybe they were tired and it was late and not friendly, it would be better if they were a woman.

The hotel is beautiful, with lots of plants, which I love. The room was quite comfortable, but when I wanted to take a shower, I had a problem with the shower faucet not turning. The staff was quick enough to fix it. But the next morning, it was still the same. Luckily, my husband was able to fix it. A suggestion for the hotel owner: I think the faucet needs replacing. Everything else was fine, and parking was convenient in front of the room, so it wasn't a hassle carrying things.

The staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful. However, after a request for a late check-out (due to Friday prayers) was approved, another staff member rushed us out an hour before the actual check-out time for unclear reasons, even though we had previously agreed that it would be allowed.

My extended family and I booked a total of 5 rooms, 3 rooms booked through Traveloka for 2 nights, as soon as we arrived at check-in we were already disappointed with the service from only 1 officer, as soon as we entered the room the AC was not cold at all, we reported it to the officer and they said they would call the AC officer, until the evening the AC was not working properly and had not been repaired, we were forced to move hotels and 3 rooms could not be refunded😭

The special check-out request was 4:00 PM, but we were asked to check out at 12:00 PM. If it wasn't possible, why wasn't there any prior confirmation? My family and I were enjoying our rest, so we had to rush to pack.

Resort type. New Order era hotel. Quite good. Unfortunately, the TV volume seems a bit off. The water heater uses gas. So far, it's pretty good. Close to the city center.

The hotel is very cheap, it feels like an old-fashioned villa. But it's clean, and for the price, it's pretty good. There's a TV, shower, soap, and towels. The downside is there's no hot water and toothbrush holder, so bring your own. There's a mirror in the room for makeup. The yard is spacious, full of flowers, so it feels like home. The staff is friendly, and they let us leave our suitcases even though we've already checked out.

The service is good, provided delivery service for breakfast. For room service, it is not cleaned because it seems that there is only one room key hanging on the door so when going out and the key is taken the room is not tidied up or cleaned and I did not ask for it to be tidied up or cleaned either. And for additional drinks or if the shampoo and soap run out, you can ask for it again and it is given quickly. The location is strategic because it is in the city center so it is easy to go anywhere.

The hotel has a comfortable and clean atmosphere. What I like most is that the car can be parked directly in front of the room. Suitable for me who travels. Not tired of going back and forth from the car to the room to get things that are left behind.

For the building of the proposal, it looks like an old building. I happened to get a room at the end with an L-shaped room that was not soundproof. Then for the bathroom, towels and toothbrushes were not provided. And the bathroom toilet flush could not stop. With the price of a standard room in the 300s, I think it's not worth it.

The staff is friendly, the room is spacious, I happened to book a VIP room, it feels like home. There is a living room and a terrace for relaxing.

It was fun to stay here. I booked it last minute because I didn't actually have a plan to go to Banyuwangi before going to Bali. It's very comfortable and affordable for a stay/transit. The room is also spacious and clean. Only there are no towels and toothbrushes. But overall everything is okay
