The playground and swimming pool are great!

It's just a shame the AC isn't cold enough, otherwise it's special.

The internet isn't very fast, but overall it's good. Oh yeah, the room fragrance needs to be improved too.

i was there end of june as a solo travel.. the second day i had an accident, i need walking stick to walk. i cant get up frm bed. 2days i need assist like deliver online food to room, all the hotel staff was very helpfull.. very plesent service frm all staff. while i need help the most they helped! thanks Harris Solo staff.

A super duper comfortable hotel, the staff are friendly and kind, the service is extraordinary, the breakfast menu is varied and everything is delicious, I will come here again next time I have a staycation in Solo.

The hotel is strategically located in the middle of the city, the food is delicious and has many variations. The staff are also very helpful.

Front officer, security and parking officers are very helpful, friendly and smiling. Good ambience, very spacious parking, there is a basement, there is also bus parking.

Stayed at Harris Hotel Solo for a trip with friends. We requested a room with twinbeds, spacious, comfortable room with a clear view of Purwosari from the 11th floor room. The bed linen was clean but the area near the window was a bit dusty. Housekeeping service may need to be improved because it took 2 calls to the reception to send towels to the room because when we checked in there were no towels even though we checked in around 4 pm. The strategic location makes it easy to go to culinary tours around the hotel. Around the hotel there is Bakmi Djowo Mbah Mangoen which is about 600m on foot from the hotel.

Friendly staff, fast check-in process because I asked for the room to be ready at 12.00, thank you, the room and toilet are clean and close to everywhere, the swimming pool and gym facilities are quite good and clean... only the gym equipment needs to be added because when it's busy it's quite a queue 😁😁😁

ok, bringing children is also quite comfortable with the playground. There is only 1 thing that is quite annoying, about the central AC in the room which is very difficult to control, too cold, so it has to be turned off.

It could be better, it's good now.

Strategic location, adjacent to PLN, easy to charge EV cars, on Jalan Slamet Riyadi, so it's close to everywhere.

When ordering online, you can make sure whether the room you choose is correct or not. The staff is very helpful if there is something that does not match your order.

Every time I go to Solo, I always stay here and usually the AC is cold, this time the AC is not cold. Please fix it soon. Thank you Harris 👍

So far so good, only when checking in towels were not provided, bathroom mats were also not provided, had to be requested and it took quite a long time to be given. Requested a top floor but was not given as requested. The AC temperature cannot be adjusted so it is difficult if the room temperature is already very cold. Less satisfying.
