The room is exactly the photo, the toilet is clean, the place is comfortable, strategic, the price is affordable, very close to going to ice bsd & aeon mall, cold air conditioner, good facilities.

A 3-storey house in a cluster that is guarded by security, surrounding is a daily / monthly boarding house too. Very close access to ICE BSD, Santika BSD hotel, Q Big BSD City, and AEON BSD.

Super clean and near ice bsd.

I stayed because I watched the westlife concert. The location is very close to BSD ice, can walk to the venue. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and the check-in and check-out process is easy.

The best place for lodging around ICE BSD. Reasonable price, location near walking distance, super okay facilities! The mattress and bathroom are clean, even towels and toiletries are provided. The guard was very good, the cellphone was left behind at the receptionist, and the guards were immediately turned over to the room, not even aware of the cell phone lost😭😂 Okay, that's the point.

Yesterday I watched the Suju concert at ICE BSD, continued to stay here, really close to ICE BSD! Will stay here again if there is an event at ICE BSD. Hopefully the price will continue to be cheap :)

It's still in a walking distance from ICE BSD.. So it's quiet a convenient after watching Super Show at night, I don't have to queue for any other transportation which is so expensive because there are so many people fight over grab/gojek (the cheaper one)

The place is really nice and comfortable. Near ama Aeon Mall. Recommended for bacpacker.

The owner and guard are friendly, the rooms and surroundings are clean, comfortable, feels like home, around 400-900 meters to ice depending on how many halls. A really recommendation that there is a need in this ice area. Price is also suitable for bags that are often dry. Steady!

Very satisfying, served wholeheartedly by employees of Liza Regentown Gold, complete comfortable facilities, clean bathrooms, hot water, clean neat rooms, WiFi available, recommended lodging, travel distance from locations to other places such as malls, McDonald's is affordable.

For those whose budget is mediocre, I recommend staying here, the facilities and comfort are on par with a 3-star hotel, and closer to the city, only 400 meters. the environment is beautiful. I recommend it.

The place is okay, the rooms are neat and comfortable, the toilet is clean. The location is also strategic because it is close to the BSD ice, Aeon Mall and the gojek / grab base. Highly recommended for those of you who have events at BSD Ice and need a decent overnight place with a limited budget. Weaknesses: there are no eating places around this area. When looking for a place to eat nearby, you should go to Aeon Mall.

It's a perfect place with good ambiance. The hotel is very clean, including beddings that smells great thus, I have had a good sleep at night. The location is just a short walk from where the Power-Gen Conference is located or at ICE (Indonesia Convention & Exhibition) center. Room is complete of all things needed, just go and sleep, take coffee or tee. Water is abundant as well, plus the respectful house taker and owner. It's a place worth remembering and recommendable to other visitors.

The price is affordable and I would recommend this to anyone who come to a concert in ICE. It's only 5 minutes walk from ICE. The bed is comfy, the shower provides hot water (I love it), also there are couples of tea bags and coffee (with sugar for your need) that can refresh you after a tiring event.

Everything is okay, only if you want to find food confused, you have to go out using a motorcycle.

It's really close to ice-bsd, so it's good to walk for 5 minutes.
