There are cockroaches huh.

Very bad, check-in hours are until 10 pm but the employees are on the phone at home, being waited for a few hours, just bad.

This apartment inside is terrible... The room smells, dirty, there is no hot water even though there is a water heater and smelly bedsheet (looks never replaced).not recommended bring a kids. The wallpaper is broken, but there is an electric stove, water galon, fridge, tv. But no need reservation counter for completely your ID. just Check in via WA, don't meet face to face and smelly bed (looks never replaced). For all, close to the Ciwalk Mall, the gift center is just a short walk away.

Room looks less clean. Lights are dead, covered with tape. The initial picture should not be a benchmark, there is no kitchen set, nor an electric stove. The air conditioner is also not too cold.
