The hotel staff is friendly. The location is a bit difficult to find because there are no directions, but the view is really nice. It's perfect for those who want a relaxing vacation. It's a shame the toilet doesn't close and is a bit cramped. Overall, I'd come here again if I need a staycation near Jakarta.

The place is exclusive, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are super clean, the view is top notch as per the photos, the water heater can hold 100 liters of hot water without running out, the AC is super cold.

The room is really good, I stayed for 2 nights, the room is spacious, clean, the view is nice, very cool, the service is really TOP, when I wanted to go home there was a dog in front while waiting for the car, because I'm afraid of dogs, I asked the guard for help, he held the dog until my car arrived hehehe thanks to the guard, sorry for the trouble. The food is delicious, especially the porridge, the most delicious porridge I've ever eaten. A fun vacation around Bandung Lembang and staying here, thank you very much for everything 💕

came here for our 5th wedding anniversary, the place is really hidden but after knowing the hotel is all paid for (GORGEOUS), the mountain view is really beautiful, breakfast & tea time are really good. the location is really close to recreation places, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. and what really amazes me about this hotel is the male staff, they are really nice, really polite, really friendly. even our raincoats were washed by him. but unfortunately I don't know his name. always be healthy, Mr. & Family & the Lembang Views Hotel team. will definitely come here again. rating 1,000,000./10

The overall experience is great. View from balcony is nice, room is quite spacious, staff is friendly, location is close to main road, market, convenience store, restaurants, and tourism spots.

from the outside it doesn't look like a hotel, but when you enter.. woaaaaah.. already looking forward to going back! really suitable for a break from the hustle and bustle of the world.

Arrived at 13:00, the room was not ready, waited about 10 minutes to prepare the room, its okay. The hotel is very close to the Lembang square, so it's close to everywhere. The atmosphere in the room is very comfortable, there are 4 large and soft pillows, the mattress is also clean. The view is really cool, you can get the sunset. There are hotel slippers, but you can't get a toothbrush. The TV in the room is already a smart TV and has Netflix, so you don't get bored in the room, there is also a small refrigerator. The bottom of the mattress is a bit dirty, maybe I forgot to sweep/mop it because I was in a hurry. Next time, please pay more attention. Breakfast is delivered to the room. If asked whether I want to come back to stay here again? I say yes. Recommended for those who want a short honeymoon 👍🏻 fyi. I brought a 9-month-old baby to this hotel, it's safe. The hotel is not scary, in fact my child is very happy. Thank you lembang views hotel 🫰🏻

If possible avoid checking in during the day as the road will have bad traffic jam. The bathroom is very open, so if you have bad smelly stools maybe remember to bring room freshener. Place super clean. Bedsheet super clean. Aside from ants everything is very clean. (Checked with uv light). Don't forget to bring extra drinking water from nearby indomaret before staying the night, asking for extra bottle cost extra 5k IDR. The staff very friendly and helpful. Have fun staying in bandung!

the air and the room are amazing

Kamarnya sangat bersih. Tempat tidurnya sangat empuk dengan 4 bantal super besar. Shower mandi sangat kencang. Dan pemandangan balkonnya benar benar indah. Staf juga sangat ramah. Sangat senang nginap di sini. Next time ke bandung mau kesini lagi. Hanya satu tidak ada dinding atau pintu yang menyekat kamar mandi jadi agak kurang leluasa saat mandi jika membawa anak ABG 😂 walaupun dinding kaca ruang mandinya ada stiker (tidak transparan) samar-samar.

Tempatnya bagus, bersih, private. Pelayanan juga sangat baik.

Staff nya membantu banget. Cuma sarannya pintu masuknya lebih terlihat lagi. Kalau yang baru pertama kesana bingung cari pintu masuknya. Apalagi kurir yang antar makanan dan lain-lain. Untungnya ada staff yang bantu ambil makanannya.

The location is strategic near tourist attractions, especially Lembang Wonderland in front of it, the place is comfortable and clean, the view is really beautiful, cold, cool, breakfast is ordinary but the taste is not bad, security is maintained, there are only 3 rooms. The best service and very friendly staff. Recommend if you go to Lembang.

Suitable for those who want a small honeymoon, (private guesthouse standard of a star hotel), the room is very clean, only the bathroom concept is a bit unique but still okay, the balcony view is cool with a view of the mountains, access to recreation around Lembang is very close, the staff are very friendly and helpful 24 hour service. Firstly, the building is at the end and hidden, so you can enter the wrong villa next door. But when I entered, the parking was quite spacious, the room was very clean, according to the photo. The balcony is spacious and comfortable, the view is really good. No need to use AC, the air in Lembang is really cold. It's just kind of funny that the bathroom and the room don't have a partition, so they're directly connected. Maybe if you're staying with friends it's a bit uncomfortable 😅. Breakfast is delivered to the room, there are no choices on the menu, home-made fried rice and fried eggs. The man in charge (staff) is kind and super friendly. There are only 3 rooms if I'm not mistaken, so it's really quiet and comfortable while staying there.
