The hotel staff is very informative, the price is quite cheap for staying 1 night, the rooms are clean, the hot water is running, you can have breakfast too, for toiletries there is only soap and shampoo so if you want to stay on a staycation, bring your own toothpaste and brush because they are not provided. Overall all the services are good for this hotel, thank you very much

The receptionist is not 24 hours 5 times the bell is not responding to bad service.

I like that the room is clean, spacious, the AC is cold enough, hot water for bathing is good. The breakfast menu is quite good and the staff are friendly enough to respond to customer complaints. I am quite satisfied
