A very memorable experience, thank you the Zuri, the only downside is that when checking in you have to wait 15-20 minutes alone and even then you don't necessarily get a room right away! What about the team, is there no further evaluation? Next time I will come here again, hopefully it won't be like this again.

The service is very good, the staff is also friendly, the room is okay but not soundproof so you can still hear things from above or from the side like pulling things. The WiFi is also a bit difficult to connect. Then I tried to leave a note about the anniversary when I booked yesterday, it turned out to be true. Even though I have stayed in several hotels before. So overall I think it's okay, next time I can come back again 🙏 thank you ❤️

The friendliness of the receptionist and other staff needs to be improved. The elevator takes a long time to wait. I left food but had to go down to the reception. In some hotels, they provide a service to help pick up the food to be left. Because the elevator is slow, it was quite an effort for us to go up and down to the lobby. The table in the room had coffee grounds that had spilled since the first day and were not cleaned until the third day of my stay. The yellowed pillowcases should be replaced because they look dirty.

The shower has a good, strong water flow. However, the bed sheets and pillowcases are all yellowed. Dirty, not white.
