Clean room, strategic location, but breakfast is not good

The receptionist was unfriendly, taking a long time to respond to complaints. The food was quite good, the location was okay. The security was friendly.

The next room is very noisy, from 3am to 5am. There are sounds of pushing tables and chairs. Strange, why in the horel room keep pushing tables or chairs. Disturbing rest time. There is a Qur'an but the contents are crazy. From Al Baqarah straight to Ali Imran, missing some verses. There is only 1 glass for gargling in the bathroom, even though the room is for 2 people. Please pay attention to the hotel, hopefully in the future it can be better.

I stayed in 6th floor 61*I ordered food based on the price in the QR, but when I wanted to pay, the receptionist said that's the previous price and not updated yet. There's a sound like hammer and water tank all night. Called the receptionist but nothing's changed. The most terrible thing, the closet was broken and unable to flush the feces.

Nice view..neat and clean room.. BUT unfortunately the AC is not cold..at 12-4 am I woke up because it was hot..the window can't be opened..it's such a shame I stayed for 2 nights..so I didn't get enough sleep because the AC was not working. The staff said the machine was dead and it turned out to be a long time ago..what an improvement, dear Bintang HOW ABOUT IT WAS IN THE DURATION...ah
