The hotel is nice, comfortable, and clean, but I think there are some shortcomings in the facilities. There are no toothbrushes or toothpaste, which for a hotel priced at 180,000 Rupiah and above, is not enough for me. Because guests from out of town might forget to bring toiletries, I thought maybe the hotel would have them, but it turns out they don't.

The pillows and bed covers smell, just tell the receptionist and they will replace them... very friendly, if it still smells, just tell the lady who is in charge 👍👍 the AC is cold, the staff are friendly, I will come back here again, everyone is friendly

The room is comfortable and cool, the bathroom is clean, I booked 2 rooms but in one of the rooms the AC was leaking, the staff was quick to fix it so it's okay, overall it's really comfortable to rest after a long journey
